Join us for Month 3 of the Energy Hygiene class Series that supports you in clearing out whatever is not serving you, healing and activating and amplifying your unique light to be a magnetic for your greatest destiny.

In Month 3 we cover the element of water, both in meditation as well as in practical ways. In Part 1 we begin the journey and in part 2 we go deeper.
